Return & Exchange Policy – Field Myth

At Field Myth, we believe in making gear with meaning — and getting your order right matters to us. If there’s an issue, we’ll fix it.

🔧 Wrong Item or Damaged on Arrival?

If we made a mistake or your item arrived damaged, we’ll replace it at no cost to you.

We’ll handle it quickly and fairly.

🔁 Returns

We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

All returned items must be:

Return labels can be provided upon request; the label cost will be deducted from the refund.

🔄 Exchanges

Exchanges are only accepted for the same product in a different size
No restocking fee applies
Customers are responsible for both return shipping and shipping of the replacement item

🚫 Order Cancellations

We cannot cancel an order more than 6 hours after purchase, as it will have already been automatically sent into production.

Please double-check your order details before completing checkout.

Seasonal and holiday items are not eligible for return or exchange after the following dates:

Holiday Season Notice

During the holiday and year-end period, order volumes rise significantly, which may cause slight delays in production and delivery times.

To keep up with demand, we may partner with trusted third-party facilities for printing and fulfillment.

But don’t worry — we hold every item to the same standards of quality and craftsmanship you expect from Field Myth.
